You handle the cleaning, cleanout and sorting. Having your pile sorted and ready reduces our time on site and helps keep pickup costs down. We handle the loading, removal and disposal.
Do I have to load the truck?
No. We do all the heavy lifting onto the truck for the items we’ve agreed to pick up. You don’t need to help load. Tell us where the items are and mention any access details when requesting your quote.
Can you carry items from inside or on stairs?
Yes, if we can safely handle the items and access. Carrying from inside, up or down stairs, or from another spot on your property is available for an additional fee. Send photos and details so we can confirm what’s possible and agree on the extra cost before pickup.
How much does a pickup cost?
Quotes depend on the items, the size and weight of the load, travel distance and any extra carrying. Send a photo, pickup location and access details for pricing, or ask for an on-site quote. We agree on the price before starting.
